Passport

The Consulate-General hereby informs all Sierra Leone National resident in South Sudan that the Consulate does receive for onward transmission to Immigration Department in Freetown, applications for: –

• New Application
• Undesirable Passport
• Exhausted Passport
• Expired Passport
• Lost Passport

Forms together with the appropriate requirements for new passport application or passport Replacement can be collected at a fee of USD20 from the Consulate by the applicant after verification of the authenticity of Citizenship.

In case of a lost Passport, PLEASE REPORT TO THE POLICE AND OBTAIN A POLICE REPORT which should be submitted to the Consulate together with a completed application for onward transmission to the Immigration in Freetown.
